Directions

  1. Make your way to the Normandy Hotel using postcode PA4 9EJ.
  2. Continue past the front of the hotel and follow the road towards the golf club.
  3. Turn left when you reach the golf club entrance.
  4. Follow the road to the rear of the Normandy Hotel, where you will find Zoom Airport Parking.

Arrival instructions

  1. Drive to the entrance of Zoom Airport Parking.
  2. Your vehicle registration will be recognised automatically by the ANPR system.
  3. Once your registration has been recognised, the entry barrier will lift automatically, allowing you to enter the car park.
  4. Look for Pickup/Dropoff signage within the car park.

Return instructions

  1. Once you have collected your luggage, call 0790 287 8637 to arrange your return transfer.
  2. Make your way to Car Park 2, Zone B at Glasgow Airport.
  3. The shuttle coach will collect you and return you to Zoom Airport Parking, where you can collect your vehicle.

Security

Your vehicle is parked in a safe and secure environment throughout your trip. Zoom Airport Parking is protected by security fencing, controlled entry and exit barriers, and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR).

The site is monitored by multi-lens CCTV cameras and benefits from 24-hour security patrols, with staff on duty at all times for added peace of mind.

Disabled facilities

Designated disabled parking is available upon request. 

Transfer details

At Zoom there is a dedicated coach transfer service which runs on a regular basis seven days a week. The journey to the airport takes approximately 5 minutes.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Any additional parking days will be charged at the car park's standard daily rate.
  • Surcharges may apply if you arrive later or return earlier than the times stated on your booking.
  • Parking is available for standard-sized vehicles only.
  • Vehicles over 2.2 metres in height or larger than a standard vehicle may incur additional charges or be refused entry.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
