Directions

If you're travelling via the M23, exit at Junction 9 and follow the signs to your departure terminal. Then use the instructions below based on whether you're flying from the North or South Terminal.

North Terminal:

  1. Follow signs for ‘Passenger Drop Off - North Terminal’
  2. Stay in the right-hand lane
  3. Drive to the far end of the drop-off area
  4. An I Love Meet & Greet driver will be waiting in the Approved Operator bay

South Terminal:

  1. Follow signs for ‘Passenger Drop Off - South Terminal’
  2. Stay in the right-hand lane
  3. Continue to the far end of the drop-off area
  4. A driver will meet you in the Approved Operator lane

Look out for staff wearing I Love Meet & Greet uniforms and identification. Allow enough time for handover before heading to the terminal.

Arrival instructions

  1. When you are around 10 minutes away from the airport, call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided in your booking confirmation.
  2. Drive to the designated meeting point and an I Love Meet & Greet operative will be there to meet you.
  3. Hand over your keys and vehicle to the driver, then make your way to the terminal.
  4. Please allow enough time to complete the vehicle handover before heading into the airport.
  5. While you are away, your car will be washed for you.

Return instructions

  1. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided in your booking confirmation.
  2. Make your way to the designated meeting point.
  3. Your vehicle will be returned to you. Collect your keys and begin your journey home.

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • You are required to leave your keys, your vehicle will be securely relocated by I Love Meet and Greet, vehicle restrictions apply.
  • For last minute booking changes from the day before arrival, contact I Love Meet and Greet on 01293 824 221.
  • Gatwick Airport forecourt charges are included, any penalty notices must be reported to customer.services@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk.
  • Exterior cleaning is available on request and provided by I Love Meet and Greet.

Security

The site is well lit throughout, with perimeter fencing and a constant on-site staff presence to help maintain a secure environment. Your vehicle will be protected while you are away, offering added reassurance for your journey.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Only standard-sized vehicles are accepted, including cars and minibuses with up to 9 seats.
  • Taxis are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Oversized or commercial vehicles may be refused on arrival.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
